My apartment was originally chosen by me in 2008 for my aunt.She lived here for a comfortable nine years and was happy.Here the staff are very kind and caring. The building itself is spacious, exceptionally clean and standards are well maintained. How nice it is to have a main meal prepared and served in a lovely dining room every day that we all enjoy.Above all there is plenty of company, plus social events in the evenings if you feel like joining in.”

My Wife and I are relative newbie’s to Links View.Over the short time we have been here, we have found the staff to be lovely and willing to put themselves out for you.The managers John & Christine are on the ball, nothing goes past them, and the future is bright.Our apartment is great and large for a one-bedroom property. We feel safe and secure, and at home at Links View. Our granddaughter decided she wants the relaxation room in her bedroom in Ireland.With a Hobby Room, Cinema Room, Restaurant, Fitness Room, daily activities and a computer room there is something to please everyone.Tis happy we are and feel at home in Links View.”

Having lost my husband I decided to move to an apartment where I would feel safe and looked after, and after having a 3 course lunch made for you in the dining room I found this in Links View.
It’s a beautiful place, very clean and furnished to a high standard. There is a cinema room, hobby room, computer room, a gym, relaxing room, and also a shop and hairdressers.
It’s the best move I ever made, and I find all the residents very sociable with a good sense of humour. All the staff are very helpful and caring and they have so much respect for their residents which you don’t find in a lot of places. Most of us enjoy a game of bingo, dominoes, whist and quizzes and Links View has all that.
This is not a home but independent living and I must say I am so happy here. We all enjoy having a good chat and laughter. It’s just wonderful and I love it very much.

I’ve had my apartment at Links View for 6 years and it’s felt like home from the moment I came here. The staff and managers are so helpful and my neighbours very welcoming – I’ve made a wonderful group of friends who get together to play bridge every week.
I chose Links View because of its facilities and activities, all perfect for someone of my age. And to be honest, being by the seaside is a lovely added bonus. My children and grandchildren come and visit me all the time, and we all feel happy that I’m safe and well looked after.

The big advantage with your own apartment is that this is not a care home but a private individual apartment with my own kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and front door.
I’ve lived in Lytham St Annes for 32 years and have seen similar retirement flats, most of which are for sale rather than rentals, which I prefer. The apartments rooms in other establishments are not nearly as big as those here in Links View.
I am very happy I moved here and do not wish to move anywhere else.

This is a lovely place and allows for independent living with a choice for level of care. The staff are an extension of the family with a true caring and kind nature. I feel very happy knowing my Gran is so well looked after. I couldn’t recommend this place more; my Granny loves it here.

My mother moved into Links View in 2014. For her this was a big step, moving from her own house to an apartment, and she was naturally hesitant about making the change.She need not have worried and very quickly realised that she had made an excellent decision.
The support and help she has received from the staff has been first rate. They are attentive, there when needed, and not intrusive. The apartments offer the opportunity for independent living, however care and assistance is available and is tailored to individual needs.
